职位描述：
Main Responsibilities：
1.Being a contact point in Supply Line (SL) during the major project lift cycle.
2.Organize handover the project from Tendering Team, to understand the project scope and price in biding phase.
3.Review the main contract & core specification; risk identification from “supply” scope / project schedule / cost / quality / project environment; announcement of Project corporate structure and communication response.
4.Manage internal project team in SL and coordinate with Engineering.
5.Build up the Plan of the project.
6.Support Project Management on Variation Management, record all Variation Order(VO) and follow VO process.
7.Follow up the manufacture, implement quality control.
8.Coordinate logistic about shipping arrangement and support Finance invoice.
9.Regularly report to and review project status with Area Manager, update the Billing Plan.
10.Follow up the Feedback (FB) case, implement finance report when complete delivery.
11.Project close with PM and internal, prepare Lesson and Learn report, Share with others.

Skills and Qualification:
1.1-2 years work experience in Elevator industry, Elevator project management experience is preferred.
2.PC skills: Microsoft Office; Auto CAD; SAP etc.
3.Good command of both spoken and written English.
4.Proactive attitude and willing to learn new knowledge.
5.Planning character.
6.Good team work, good communication and presentation skill.
7.Excellent organizational and record keeping skill, along with strong interpersonal skills.
