职位描述：
Main Responsibilities主要职责:
1.Responsible for Press Felt recommendations for allocated market/s.
为指定市场提供毛毯技术推荐
2.Responsible for creating ID Manufacturing specifications and achieve 100% accuracy for allocated markets.
负责提供其他工厂的生产规格并达到100%的准确率
3.Responsible for liaising with HWAT production for the supply of felt product for all orders sent from Asia.
负责与奥地利工厂生产联络，提供亚洲订单要求的产品
4.Responsible for building working knowledge of all manufacturing product applications and manufacturing limitations for all Xerium sites.
建立希瑞生产工厂关于所有产品的应用与生产控制范围
5.Manages servicing the needs of Sales/Agents queries on Press Felt Product line including technical recommendations, specification sheet & samples
为销售/代理商提供毛毯产线的相关需求包括技术建议、规格单以及样品
6.Prepares to Undertake investigations and problem solving studies to transmit to management and to field representatives.
为管理层与区域代表提供所需要的调查与解决方案研究
7.Co-ordination of the Used Press Felt reports for Asia to ensure proper content, and to liase with HWAT laboratory with regards to allowance requirements.
协调亚洲区返回的毛毯报告，联络奥地利实验室以确保报告内容完整正确
8.Prepares to travel and to provide technical presentation and material of a standard that supports the Huyck.Wangner image of being technically innovative and a supplier of value added product.
拜访客户，提供技术说明与其他相关资料以展示海克王纳技术创新和增值产品供应商的形象
9。Handles Review of design specifications & tolerances.
控制设计规范和公差设置
10.To act as a Mentor for our new press felt applications and guide them through this process.
 培训新入职的毛毯应用工程师，指导他/她关于上述流程
11.Responsible for the applications and acting as Liaison between the sales forces and manufacturing location for this product line
负责产品应用，在此产品线相关范围内为销售团队与生产工厂提供联络协调
