职位描述：
1、常规项目报价，以保证工程预算的准确性；
2、依照施工图纸和有关文件及时编制工程预算所需的定额；
3、施工招投标预决算，配合进行施工过程中的造价管理，经常性的结合实际情况开展定额分析活动；
4、积累预算资料，并对资料进行汇总、分类并妥善保管，根据预算相关资料定期完成内部管理报表；
5、销售提成的核对，完成其他领导安排事宜。

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，建筑工程、造价、预算相关专业毕业生；
2、2年以上相关工作经验，持有相关资格证书优先考虑；
3、熟练使用预算软件，熟练工程量清单报价，熟练使用图形算量软件；
4、了解项目施工流程，熟悉现行工程造价规范及操作规程；
5、具备工程预、决算和工程管理的专业知识，具有良好的预决算编制、审核能力，优秀的成本分析和控制能力，责任心强，工作积极主动。 举报 分享
