职位描述：

JOB PURPOSE

• Be as the analyst of SGXP financial results;

• Provide reportings to local finance, SH finance and management, and provide the monthly RE of Xuzhou site to management;

• Input SIF report for headquarter financial results consolidation;

• Give analysis on real financial results to help management make better decision on operation;

• Provide the management and headquarter with quarterly rolling forecast and annual budget (reportings and SIF report) to give operational prospect analysis;

• Cession purchase order, purchase price, invoice follow up and Coordinate;

• Purchase order for outsider service fee coordination.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure monthly financial reportings and SIF report be provided on time and accurately;

• Coordinate the cooperation between local finance and production, purchase, sales, FSSC and other functions;

• Confirm correct revenue, price, quantity, cost, expense and profit be input in financial system (SAP);

• Monitor production cost and management expense;

• Supervise internal financial processes;

• Organize internal financial trainings ;

• Participate in quarterly rolling forecast and annual budget making, and relative financial controlling work;

• Flow up the cession purchase order, purchase price, Coordinate with Purchasedepartment, FSSC and reference department to make the accounting accurate and in time;

• Flow up the outsider service fee purchase order, coordinate with Purchase department, warehouse, FSSC, operation team and other department for make sure all expense booked accurate and in time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree and above, major on Finance or Economic related;

• At least 2 years’ experience in financial management;

• Good sense of responsibility, accuracy, sensitiveness and ability to handle confidential information;

• Knowledge of finance;

• Proficiency in English language (spoken and written);

• Good at Microsoft Office;

• Quick learner, good communication and team work, and adaptation to irregular working time.
