职位描述：
Objective of Job:
- Review with supplier on Switch component development requirements, including component technical specification/timing milestone requirements/samples delivery requirements/validation requirements.
- Manage SWITCH development requirement analysis report status, by using open issue list to monitor all open points.
- Mange SWITCH development/manufacture status, including hardware/software/mechanical development, need periodical meeting with supplier to manage timing, update workplan including software release plan and related open issues.
- Guarantee SWITCH and its related component in the correct position/package in teamcenter system, all part numbers/sales code/quantity correct in EBOM/Codep system.
- Manage supplier to fix JIRA/SAQ issues.
- Guarantee SWITCH CCD/ODM closed before VP/PS/Job1 PBOM lock down due date.
- Periodical tracking SWITCH PV status and PV must be finished before PS MRD.
- Prepare all critical SAQ issues’ risk mitigation plan.
- Lead the components development (SWITCH- Switch bank/power lift gate Switch/sunroof/sunshade Switch/seat adjust Switch/fuel door Switch/steering wheel Switches …) (including but not limited to):
？ Develop complex components elaborating technical solutions according to requirements, planning and realizing modifications.
？ Follow vehicle development process and do the EE component supplier management.
？ Management of open issues (discussion and sharing of the solutions for each point involving all the people/documents needed)
？ Management of SWITCH - Switch bank/power lift gate Switch/sunroof/sunshade Switch/seat adjust Switch/fuel door Switch/steering wheel Switches ect. development plan getting the proper trade off if proposal plan doesn’t match the vehicle milestone and prepare risk mitigation plan.
？ Manage component level EMC quality issue and resolution. Drive supplier to solve quality issues with engineering tool (8D, JIRA, OPL…)
？ Direct management of CTS and check of specifications consistency
？ Supervision of RAR discussion
？ Supervision of test activities
？ Supervision of calibration activities
？ Support for cost estimation
？ Support for quality issues
？ Manage AQF plan with EMC and Environmental test responsible
？ Weekly report to component owner/PC/DR about component development status and support audit and periodical check
？ Any other issues that is component (SWITCH--Switch bank/power lift gate Switch/sunroof/sunshade Switch/seat adjust Switch/fuel door Switch/steering wheel Switches) relevant.

Experience and education：
- BS and above degree in Electrical/Automation/Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of experience in EE component (SWITCH- Switch bank/power lift gate Switch/sunroof/sunshade Switch/seat adjust Switch/fuel door Switch/steering wheel Switches) design & validation
- Famous Tier one supplier work experience is preferred 举报 分享
