Scope of work:
- Collect and define functional specifications and product requirements for in-vehicle telematics and/or infotainment system according to customer/market needs
- Work with external connected service/content supplier to refine/implement some telematics functions/features
- Define/design the corresponding implementation plan, test plan and test cases
- Establish and test and validation environment and validate the telematics function/features
- Verify product function and performance against specification on bench and in vehicle
- Do issue analysis
- Maintain and track issue list and work with internal and external team to solve the issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal program management team
- Support the project teams in coordination and execution of their tasks
Education level:
- Bachelor degree or above

- Software engineering
Job Skill Requirements:
- Good knowledge of communication (GSM, GPRS, CDMA, Bluetooth, WiFi) or representation (image data processing) techniques is a plus
- Hardware design or system engineering experience is preferred
- Must have basic knowledge about vehicle bus communication
- Experience in product/function spec design, test cases design, development and execution is a must
- Practical experience in dealing with vehicle-specific analysis and evaluation tools (CANalyzer, CANape, etc.)
- Experience in the automotive industry - preferably in the area of ECU design, integration, testing and test planning is desirable
- Chinese Driver license with practical driving experience is a plus
- Strong documental and presentation skills
Languages:
- Mandarin
- Can understand English both in written and oral
- German is advantageous
Work experience:
- 3 years or more
