职位描述：
Responsibilities:
?Hands-on payroll and fringes accounting operation for China employees in multiple sites including foreign employees, ensures payroll is processed with speed and accuracy.
?Audit and reconcile employee data with service partner and HR.
?Support business growth needs and provide high quality service to employees on data inquiry and policy inquiry.
?Deep understanding to China C&B policies and provide update on policies/standards timely.
?May back up those who perform specialized tasks or activities such as stock option exercises, IIT filing, SEC document filing, or sales commission calculation reviews.


Requirement:
?System implementation project management experience. Preferably with Fusion HCM experience (or otherwise EBS/PeopleSoft HCM)
?Good team player and mutually successful experience to manager partner.
?Accounting/Tax/Finance major with at least 8 years of experiences or even more.
?Good data sensitivity and excellent Excel capability.
