The HR Generalist will be a contributing member of the team who will be responsible for full spectrum HR solutions, as well as deploying and executing the talent programs and initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
This successful candidate will serve as the HR Coverage for the internal clients on various functions in the office of headquarter, and as a supportive partner to deliver on HR needs of the BUs. The incumbent will work closely with the internal departments at all levels as a business partner and change agent in the communications and implementation of HR initiatives and following disciplines: Talent Acquisition, Business Partnership, Talent Management, Employee Relations, C&B, HR Operations, etc...
1. Being as a focal contact of the internal clients at all levels;
2. Responsible for staffing related, including talent acquisition, work-force planning, pre-on boarding and onboarding campaigns;
3. Providing total solutions to the line managers on a variety of ER issues;
4. Completing various projects/programs in the areas relating to talent development, C&B, policy and procedures and other HR operational tasks;
5. Interacting with line managers and HR L&D team to identify training needs and design training programs;
6. Other assignments specified by the team.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求
Related work experience相关工作经验
? A minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment, staffing and talent development, background with plant operation MNCs or other professional services environment would be a plus; Bachelor degreed is good, Master degree is preferred.
Skills技能
? Fluent in both oral & written English and Chinese.
? Fluent use MS office such as WORD /EXECL /PowerPoint;

1. Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment;
2. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients;
3. Innovative, creative thinker with ability to provide enhancement or optimization suggestions to current programs and practices;
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
5. During peak seasons, willingness to work overtime as needed;
6. Team player and collaborative;
7. Strong command of MS Office skills and data analytical skills.

? To follow strictly the company and ESH regulations and operational procedures.
? To receive safety production education and training activities.
? To report the Incident and risks to manager or ESH manager whatever it is serious or not.
? To stop any unsafe behavior.
