职位描述：
Assist department manager for production, consumption, quality, safety and manpower management
协助生产部门经理进行生产、消耗、质量、安全和人员管理
Make sure that all department production activities are executed fully in term of production management documents.
确保部门生产活动完全符合生产管理文件要求
On the basis of production plan assigned by Production Department, organize and work out department production plan, and make sure fulfill on schedule.
根据上级部门下达的生产计划，按计划及时组织并完成生产任务
Distribute manpower reasonably to fit each location, so as to maintain normal production.
不同的生产岗位合理配置人员，保证正常生产
Organize related person to research and solve the problems on process technics and quality. Organize technic renovation.
组织相关人员调查并解决工艺技术和质量中存在的问题，组织技术改进
Improve process regulations and different log sheets, and insure all orders on production operation can be strictly performed.
改善工艺规定和工作进程表，确保所有生产命令都能得到严格执行
Train the employees and assist the company to carry out annual training as per different levels request.
员工培训，协助公司根据不同级别的要求，执行年度培训计划
Assess the performance of employees and raise rewards and punishment opinion
协助员工绩效考评，建议员工奖惩措施
Reduce energy consumption and control the department expenses.
减少能源消耗，控制部门支出
Attend daily production meeting.
参加生产例会
Look around workshop and inspect equipment. Stop production behaviors which are not accorded with the request.
巡视生产车间，检查设备，叫停不符合要求的生产行为
Responsible for the department safety production, carry out regulations on safety seriously
负责部门的安全生产，严格执行安全规定

Job Requirements/职位要求：
College or above degree, major in Chemical Engineering or related
大专及以上学历，化学工程或相关专业
5+ years of working experience in chemical industry
5年以上化工行业经验
Good English written and reading English abilities
良好的英语读写能力
Leadership and management skills are preferred
