职责描述：

本工作为公司招聘，非项目招聘。

1.In charge of the civil work and the steel structure construction work on site. Supervise and control construction cost, quality, schedule and safety.
负责工程项目的土建、钢结构等安装方面的现场管理。监督和控制项目过程中的施工造价，质量、进度和安全。

2. Review contractor work plans and on site construction activities to ensure all work complies with specification and required quality standards.
实时监督审阅施工方案及进度计划，确保现场施工符合技术要求和相关质量标准。

3. Participate in the design and purchasing phases. Assistant in the government related documents application.
参与项目设计和采购阶段的管理,负责协助相关政府部门手续和公用事业的申请。

4.Communicate effectively with the client, contractors and all disciplinary engineers与业主、分包及本单位内部其他专业进行有效沟通和协调

5.Assistant the PM for change order management on site
协助项目经理对总包变更工作量核对管理

6. Other work assigned by Project Manager.
其他项目经理交办的工作


Key Qualification

职位要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above with CSA engineering or relevant engineering disciplines
本科以上土建或相关工程专业背景

2.Above 5 years work experiences, preferably with experiences in foreign engineering company
五年以上工作经验，有外资工程公司工作经验及大项目经验者优先

3.Experiencing in CSA construction management for industrial projects
必须有工厂土建施工管理经验

4.Good ability to communicate and a good team player
良好的沟通及团队协作能力

5.Fluent in English,be able to communicate with foreign clients.
英文需流利,与外籍客户交流无障碍
