职位描述：

岗位职责:

- Analyze customer requirements and develop comprehensive technical solutions for ADAS based products (e.g. Forward Camera, 360 °

Surround Vision). Create and manage the overall system design and requirements for ADAS products;

分析客户需求，并进行产品(ADAS智能前视、360°环视)的整体方案设计与系统需求文档;

- Serve as technical interface between customer and internal development team (embedded software, hardware, mechanical, optics, etc…). Provide technical support to the customer, and clarify customer requirements for internal development team;
作为客户和内部开发团队的接口（基础软件、硬件、光学、机械、测试等），对客户提供技术支持，对内部团队分析和分解客户需求;

- Define hardware - software interfaces, facilitate discussions between various functional groups to align their technical direction and push their progress;
协调并制定软硬件之间的技术接口定义， 协调各技术部门之间技术交流以推进产品研发进度;

- Assist the program manager in managing technical changes from the customer and minimizing risk. Responsible for organizing internal team to solve system and cross-functional issues;

协助项目经理管理需求变更控制和系统风险控制。负责组织内部各团队解决系统级别的问题;

- Ensure product safety and compliance to ISO26262 and related automotive standards. Participate in product FTA and DFMEA creation;
通过 ISO 26262/ FTA/DFMEA/等功能安全分析手段管控产品技术安全风险，实现ASIL安全等级，提供给驾驶者更高的生命安全保障能力;

经验要求

- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering. 5 years or more in related technical field, with at least 2 in the area of automotive electronics;

本科及以上学历5年以上技术相关工作经验。其中至少2年以上汽车电子领域技术工作经验;

- Good understanding of automotive electronics hardware as well as embedded software (UDS, CAN etc..). Practically development experience preferred;

对于汽车电子硬件和基础软件(UDS, CAN通信)都有较好的了解。最好有实际开发经历;

- Practical working experience with ISO26262 and DFMEA;
必须有ISO26262和 DFMEA的实际工作经历;

- Practical working experience with ISO26262 and DFMEA; Experience with camera based products preferred;
熟悉主机厂需求 (ISO16750, ISO7637, ISO 11452, ISO11898, ISO14229 etc.);了解摄像头(如 CMOS, LVDS…)相关知识优先;

- Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
面向客户和内部开发团队的良好沟通交流技巧。适应国际化团队的工作环境。流利的英文听说读写能力。
