Special Knowledge: Mandatory working experience in HAVC Area

有制冷设备操作证,压力容器及高低压电工证优先.Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to HAVC (Heating Air, Ventilation, Cooling) specifications;
根据暖通要求，安装,移动,更换机器,零部件。
Clean machines and machine parts, using cleaning solvents, cloths, air guns, hoses, vacuums, or other equipment;
使用清洁容剂,布,气枪,软管,吸尘器或其他设备清洁机器及部件。
Dismantle machines and remove parts for repairing, using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists;
使用手动工具, 吊装设备,起重机,吊车等 拆卸或者移动部件，以便维修。
Inspect or test damaged machine parts, and mark defective areas or advise supervisors of repairing needs;
检查检测损坏的机器,标记损坏部位,报告上级维修需求。
Reassemble Air Treatment machines (Cooling, Heating) after the completion of repairing or maintenance work;
整修或维修过后，重新组装暖通设备。
Remove hardened material from machines or machine parts, using abrasives, power and hand tools, jackhammers, sledgehammers, or other equipment;
使用磨蚀剂，电动或手动工具，手提钻，大锤或其他设备去除机器或部件上的坚硬物质
Start machines, including refrigeration gas charge, and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems;

Inventory and requisition HAVC machine parts, equipment, and other supplies so that stock can be maintained and replenished;

Measure, mix, prepare, and test chemical solutions used to clean or repair HAVC machinery and equipment;
测量，混合，准备，测试用于清洁维修暖通机器设备的化学试剂。
Reading work orders and specifications to determine machines and HAVC equipment requiring repair or maintenance;
根据工作准则要求确定暖通机器设备是否需要维修保养。
Replace, empty, or replenish machine and equipment containers such as gas tanks or boxes;
更换，清空或补充机器设备的储存罐，如气罐或气盒。
Set up and adjust HAVC controls to regulate operations;
设置并运行机器，调节暖通控制参数以使其稳定运转。
Inspect and test system to verify system compliance with plans and specifications and to detect and locate malfunctions;
检测,测试系统以确认系统与计划及要求是否一致,探测定位故障所在。
Discuss heating-cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify that malfunctions have been corrected;

Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks, using pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution.
使用压力表或者肥皂-水的方法检测管道或管道连接处是否有泄露问题。
Recommend, develop, and perform preventive and general maintenance procedures such as cleaning, power-washing and vacuuming equipment, oiling parts, and changing filters;

Join pipes or tubing to equipment and to fuel, water, or refrigerant source, to form complete circuit;

Study blueprints, designing specifications, and manufacturer recommendations to ascertain the configuration of heating or cooling equipment components and to ensure the proper installation of components.
研究图纸，设计说明，及生产厂商的建议，确定制热或制冷设备零件的组装框架，确保零件的正确安装
Reading and understanding drawings, schemes, diagram for condition of air in HAVC area specially.
能够读懂特别是暖通领域的图纸、计划、图表。
Basic knowledge for materials, type of materials specially, steel, stainless steel, alloys, different kind of plastic etc…
对材料，特别是钢铁、不锈钢、合金、各类塑料等的了解
Basic knowledge about ammonia installation.
