Purpose:
To support the development of the Commercial Network in China by providing high quality marketing and operational support to Commercial Network colleagues and partners.

Job Content
1. Market research and presentation of research output.
负责市场调查并呈现调查结果;
2. Preparation of marketing materials for internal and external use.
负责对公司内外销售材料的准备;
3. Support internal and external communications, e.g. through newsletter preparation and sourcing and disseminating information as required.
协助公司对内外沟通,如准备时事通讯,按要求搜集与宣传信息等;
4. Organisation of training and helping to monitor its effectiveness.
组织培训并协助监督效率;
5. Marketing support tasks, e.g. mass marketing emails.
负责营销支持任务,如发布营销邮件;
6. Maintain records of business activity, including signed agreements, revenue flows, meeting notes, etc. to ensure efficient functioning of the department and making sure all records, including GSV, Sales Roadmap, etc. are up-to-date.
负责管理商业活动的相关记录,包括协议,资金流动,会议纪要等等,以此保证部门效率以及各类记录的更新包括GSV,销售路线图等。
7. General support, e.g. arranging meetings, marketing trips and taking meeting minutes, as required.
其它一般性支持,如安排会议、差旅行程以及会议纪要等。
Education and/or Experience
1. Undergraduate degree.
本科学历
2. At least 2 year’s experience in the insurance industry.
至少2年保险行业经验
3. Some prior experience of sales/sales management and communications activities preferred.
拥有销售/销售管理以公关沟通活动等方面的经验
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1. Basic knowledge of the Chinese insurance broking market.
对中国保险经纪市场有基本的了解;
2. Good presentations, communication and inter-personal skills.
良好的表达能力,人际交往以及沟通能力;
3. Good time management and ability to work to deadlines.
良好的时间管理能力,能按时完成工作;
4. Strong service-oriented attitude.
服务导向意识强;
5. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese, with good written and spoken English
熟练的普通话说写和良好的英语说写能力;
6. Very good PC skills, including knowledge of PowerPoint and similar presentational programmes.
精通个人电脑技术包括熟知PPT和类似程序的知识
