职位描述：
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Optimize the forecast and planning process to build up a high quality of supply chain capability
- Drive Global demand dimension fulfillment
- Drive SM& component escalation/allocation
- Monitor global total demand fulfillment and optimize supply load for near term
- Be responsible for the monthly production capacity dimension and the whole supply chain capacity dimension
- Lead activities in project before hand-over to achieve the best customer satisfaction.
- Escalate timely to the high level management about critical matters of concern
- Follow up and monitor the related TLP, Pre-TDM and TDM decision/actions to be finished and implemented on time
- Provide and balance global supply capability against global demand according to regional concept

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 year working experience in similar work
- Have good knowledge of Ericsson product and supply management process
- Excellent command of English, both verbally and in writing
- Good communication skill
- Result oriented with full energy
- Excellent MS office and SAP knowledge
