职位描述：

-负责候选人的搜寻、面试，评估及现场招聘会的组织统筹；
-为客户提供专业的建议，为候选人提供职业发展的意见和指导；
-完成主管交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
-大专学历；
-有1年及以上人力资源招聘经验者优先，有猎头方、企业方、项目招聘、招聘服务等工作经验者优先；
-对招聘工作有热情，有良好的学习能力；
-有良好的沟通能力；
-项目管理能力强，能同时有效推动多项项目；
-有良好的职业操守，优秀的团队合作精神和抗压能力；

-能熟练运用各种办公软件，善于数据的整理
-英语熟练者优先。
