职位描述：
本职位有转正机会，转正后将签署第三方派遣合同。
Accountabilities 职责：
1.Organize the business trips and appointments such as ticket booking and hotel reservation, keep
good communication with employees and suppliers
负责公司票务及酒店的预订，与公司员工以及供应商保持良好的沟通；
2.assist the company at the front desk work
协助公司前台的工作；
3.Provide administration support to company meetings and other company activities
协助公司行政工作包括大型活动、会议的组织安排；
4. Further task upon request
领导交代的其它工作。

Education and Language Skills Required
教育背景及语言技能要求
Bachelor degree大学本科
Fluent English speak and written
英语书写及口语优良

Experience & Special Skills Required
经验及其它特殊技能要求
Be familiar with MS Word, Power Point, Excel and etc.
熟练使用Microsoft Office （Word/Excel/PPT）

Key Competences Required (3 – 5 competences based position is enough)
关键能力素质要求(根据岗位要求，填写3-5项关键能力要求)
Skillful with communication 沟通能力
