Position Description:
1.Monitor and escalate service issues as required
2.Monitor Service Level Agreement of the team
3.Identify training requirement of the team, function as trainer or facilitate the training as necessary
4.Adhere to corporate standards and requirements per L1 SOS
5.Review, evaluate, verify and process OMeGA (Online System) requests in accordance with standard SLAs (Service-Level Agreements).
6.Set up Master Programs and Underlyer policies in OMeGA.
7.Respond to client, broker and AIG oversea enquiries on China local regulations and program structure.
8.Coordinate with Endorsement filing with CIRC (The regulator) where necessary
9.Prepare booking sheets, policy issuance documents and tracking documentation
10.Prepare handover documentation to Share Service or Fronting Partner for both China produced and AIG oversea produced business. Serves as a team resource for the resolution of escalated issues.
Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Business Management, Insurance, law or related fields
2.Management experience is a must
3.Communication and PC skills
4.Good English communication skill in both spoken and written
5.Analytical skills
6.Ability to organize, plan and monitor the day-to-day activities of the staff
7.Better to have the knowledge of multinational servicing procedures, commercial and consumer insurance products, and the knowledge of underwriting concepts, practices, procedures and techniques
