总体要求:

处理店铺的日常行政工作，解决客人投诉问题，协助市场活动

主要工作:

客户服务：

• 有效并良好处理好客人的售后投诉或者是客人反馈的服务问题，及时汇报给公司相关部门并做好跟进，让客人满意
• 培训并协助店铺员工推广会员机制，培养店铺的忠实客户定制鞋的收发工作

市场活动：

• 做好各类市场活动的记录，协助客服经理做好数据收集工作，并培训销售人员如何有效推广和利用该市场活动
• 公关活动的内部协调与安排协助店铺日常行政工作

岗位要求

• 两年以上的零售/客服工作经验
• 吃苦耐劳，有耐心
• 追求稳定的职业发展
• 对运动有热忱及一定了解
• 高中或以上文凭
