Purpose / Mission:
?To develop and recommend optimized assortment guidelines for customers to improve sell-through revenues and margins
Accountabilities:
Planning
?Works closely with regional marketing team to understand regional product knowledge and marketing concept, especially the mandatory range, on a quarterly basis
?Helps HQ marketing operations team to identify the long term Assortment planning strategy and direction
Management
?Works closely with top two customers in the region to understand their POS sales performance
?Interacts with regional sales team to understand customer OTB
?Forecasts the sales of mandatory range by POS for top two customers
?Based on customer OTB, regional range and marketing calendar and sales forecasts, develops quarterly mandatory range assortment plans by article level for each POS of top two regional customers
?Based on the HQ product assortment plan guidelines and tools, gradually expands the assortment plan serving targets to cover more customers and more products for each customer
?Organizes quarterly assortment presentations for Account Managers
?Tracks the inventory and product delivery for customers to obtain inputs for monthly AP efficiency analysis report
?Works out and monitors each season's monthly AP efficiency analysis report
?Work closely with sales team to develop implementation plans to improve AP efficiency
Financial
?Develop assortment plans that meet corporate goals of maximizing sell-through revenues and margins
Systems and Processes
?Assists HQ marketing operations team to develop assortment tools to facilitate communication between sales and customers in future booking and to extend the small scaled assortment plan activities to a larger scale
Training
?Serves as specialist for sales team on assortment planning

Requirements:
?Minimum 3 years experience in marketing/retail department of a global consumer goods company
?Good knowledge and background of apparel, footwear or sports product market in China
?Assortment planning experience a plus
?Bachelor Degree in business related discipline is required
?Good PC skills
?Fluent in English and Mandarin
