Position: Sport Style Brand Communication (Senior) Specialist
- Digital Marketing direction
Report to: Senior Brand Communication Manager
Key Responsibilities:
+General Management
? Assist the Sport Style Marketing team in all aspects of daily operations
? Daily coordination with all departments within Sport Style Marketing
? According to the team leader's direction, assist in projects within the department.
? Responsible for all minutes with meetings as well as follow up on the identified issues
? Work with the team members on assisting with presentations, follow up work, and Sport Style Marketing activities and projects
? Other business operation activities (e.g. budget management)
+Planning
Establish & maintain good relationships with key Chinese media and marketing partners that will ultimately allow adidas to effectively and efficiently communicate our core concept messages, product information as well as adidas events in brand communication, PR, digital.
+Coordination
? Assist coordinating certain activities from all departments as required.
? Carry out special projects and assignments as requested; coordinate task forces in the company; compile, analyze, and prepare data for administrative reports and presentations
? Assist to organize Sport Style Marketing internal meetings as well as other external meetings
? Integrate and consolidate monthly marketing internal and external meetings with related partners.
? Assist PR team to place PR product orders & track the PR product inventory.
? Coordinate with PR agency to update and maintain media database
? Follow-up on all assigned projects and provide general team support.
Requirements:
? Understanding of media, entertainment industry in China.
? At least 1-2 years marketing related experience in a multi-national company or agencies.
? A good team player with passion for sport goods/marketing,
? Detail oriented and willing to learn
? Can work under pressure, good time management skills
? College degree, preferably in a marketing or new media related discipline.
? Working knowledge of Microsoft products, high level in powerpoint and excel
