职位描述：
Main Responsibilities主要职责:

？ Day to day forming fabric applications responsibility for given markets in Asia.
每日负责亚洲指定市场的成型网应用
？ Ensuring that all necessary design and application information is sent to the designated forming fabric production facility for accurate and efficient fabric manufacture resulting in a quality product.
确保所有必要的设计与应用信息送达到指定的成型网厂商，准确有效的生产出合格产品
？ Developing/improving the internal design sheets and creating a common approach across Asia legal entities.
发展/改善内部设计表，在亚洲各工厂间采用统一的设计理念
？ Working with the Asian Sales Managers and Agents in co-ordinating activities and direction for the technical promotion of the correct forming fabric technology in Asia.
与亚洲销售经理和代理商合作,在亚洲协调活动并推广正确的成型网应用技术
？ Forming fabric technical proposals and presentations for new positions and new machines with proper risk evaluation for all application recommendations.
成型网技术方案以及根据恰当的风险评估，为新位置、新纸机提供技术建议书和演示文档
？ Visiting customers in Asia as a key support role to the local sales team. Presenting new forming fabric recommendations and introducing new forming fabric products and technologies to the customer.
在亚洲访问客户，为当地销售团队提供关键支持。为客户展示成型网新的优势及介绍新产品新技术
？ Trouble shooting technical problems with forming fabrics, with the aim of mitigating warranty claims through a technical solution.
解答成型网技术疑难问题，通过合理的技术解决方案降低索赔
？ Training of sales people and agents in the basics of forming fabric benefits and technology, with the goal of achieving better success in forming fabric sales promotion.
为销售人员与代理商做基础的成型网优点与技术培训，促进成型网的销售
？ Ensuring through visit and technical reports that management and peers are updated with the key technical issues facing Asia market as this will be used to formulate future business strategy.
确保通过访问和技术报告,更新管理和同行与亚洲市场面临的关键技术问题,用来制定未来业务战略
？ Have a continuous review of best practice in applications by keeping updated on new developments and success stories.
在应用中评估***实践案例，不断更新新发展与成功案例
？ Assist in the collection and review of data to support the Value Creation programs that will be a major strategy in the development of corporate partnerships.
协助Value团队收集、检查数据，Value增值方案将会是企业发展合作关系的重要战略
？ Visit reports to read and be pro-active on the key opportunities and problems that may be indicated.
阅读访问报告并积极发现主要机遇和可能发生的问题
？ Performs other job-related functions as assigned by senior management.
执行上级领导交办的其他与工作相关的事务
？ Responsible for ensuring the Xerium manufacturing sites provide us with what we ask for, and approving any out of specification Forming Fabrics.
负责确保Xerium各生产工厂所提供的产品是符合所要求的，对超出规格要求的产品进行评估

Qualification Requirements资格要求:

？ Above college level, preferably in Engineering or other technology area.
大专以上学历，工程或其他技术专业优先
？ Forming Fabric application experience within the Asian region for a number of years.
具有多年在亚洲地区成型网丰富经验
？ Willingness to travel throughout Asia.
愿意在亚洲地区出差
？ Excellent written and spoken English skills.
英语写作、口语能力优异
？ Excellent computer skills.
熟练电脑操作技能
？ Strong Team work spirit
