工作职责：
1. 根据公司海运进出口SOP流程，负责处理日常海运进出口业务
2. 负责客户的电话沟通及客户回访工作
3. 负责货物的确认和操作跟踪
4. 及时了解客户需求，提供相关建议和解决方案，争取潜在业务
5. 负责回复公司自揽货客户的询价，为销售部门提供销售支持
6. 及时处理各项紧急突发事件，包括客户投诉案例，提供有效的客户反馈意见

岗位要求：
1. 在货代行业担任至少2年以上海运客服经验
2. 大专及以上学历，具备良好的英语听说写能力
3. 工作耐心细致，积极主动，性格开朗
4. 对客户具亲和力，具备良好的客户维护技巧
