职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、能够在部门主管的协助下进行项目评估并制定出详细项目计划，以确保项目的可执行性及项目计划的合理性； 
2、项目开发过程中能够监督各部门同仁按照项目计划, 工作执行到位. 且能够预估项目风险，并从时间、质量、成本等角度提供项目风险评估报告并提出改善对策； 
3、独立快速处理项目实施过程中的突发问题，如有必要，可迅速协调各部门(硬件、结构、软件、软件测试、硬件测试、品控、中试、供应链等)以及外部合作方解决问题，从而保证项目能够正常进行； 
4、每周定时召开项目状态review会议并输出会议记录； 每周向部门主管提交本周的工作周报以及下周工作计划；
5、完成部门主管交给的工作任务；
6、能够在项目管理过程中有自己的思考, 并提出自己的建议和改善提案； 
7、参加公司和部门组织的培训.

岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历； 通信、计算机、电子、自动化、软件、机械、管理等相关专业； 
2、具备手机行业项目管理相关领域工作经验4年及以上，且有志于在项目管理方向发展；(能力突出可放宽工作年限和行业背景)
3、逻辑思维能力强、条理清楚，善于分析、解决问题；整合能力、组织与规划能力亦佳；
4、具备强烈的责任感与高度抗压性、良好的项目执行力, 可配合加班；
5、有优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，良好的产品文字整理和表达能力；
6、熟悉项目开发流程(EVT->DVT->PVT)；
7、熟悉手机平台架构； 
8、熟悉通讯知识； 
9、熟练使用office工具，尤其是Project，PowerPoint； 
10、良好的英语应用，读写良好； 
11、办公地点: 南京, 能短期出差
