Principle Accountabilities:
Ensure 100% compliance on core operating principle in all logistics operation activity within the assigned warehouse in site.(DINS, CAT A service complaints, Reefer Incident, regulation compliance, etc.)
Daily communication with LSP on the physical inbound/Outbound operation, extended service fulfillment, etc.
Work with LSP to execute all goods reception or consumption in site timely and correctly.
Arrange the physical stock transfer among the internal warehouse/tolling site.
Conduct the inventory control process in the assigned warehouse to ensure high inventory accuracy, inventory healthy in physical.
Enhance supplier KPI performance in site under the working together with sourcing to improve specifications and quality.
Deliver the proper warehouse report (Site operation process compliance check, physical inventory cycle count, physical damage inventory etc with the proper frequency.
Responsible on the Fixed FPDE management with the proper warehouse operation monitoring in the assigned warehouse site.
Ensure the SOP/WI translated in warehouse site once the guideline break-down.
Set up and upgrade the physical VSM process in warehouse site.
Other jobs/assignments/projects assigned by the leader.

Skill and Knowledge Required:
Bachelor or above with major in supply chain, logistics operation, chemical industry background is preferable.
APICS certification, and/or 2 years warehouse site management experience.
Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English.
Previous experience directly leading, coaching and developing multi-cultural teams.
Well Data sensitive and Excel Skill.
Good computer application skill, SAP experience is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication and quick problem solving skill is needed.
