Qualifications:
1.Over 10 years' experience in HR area
2.Bechor degree in Management
3.Excellent relevant experience, including but not limited to experience in recruitment , training and development,compensation , benefits, performance evaluation, employee communications.
4.Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage
5.Be able to work with Yongyou, Strong MS office skills, including Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
6.Meticulous, committed to work, strong analytical and managerial skills, good communication skill
7.Quick learning skills, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, team sprint, be able to work independently, or under pressure.
8.A strong sense of responsibility, work rigorous, has the good team consciousness and can work under high pressure.
9.Chinese people with fluent language in necessary, and English is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
1.Directly report to GM of Nanjing plant, dot line to HR manager of China.
2.In consultation with other manager, formulate and recommend Human Resource objectives and methods (and in some case policy)
3.Co-ordinate recruitment, selection and training of staff (taking account of the operating environment) to meet agreed business needs.
4.Control and co-ordinate activities such as personnel administration, staff selection and training, labor relations, wage and salary administration, security, health and safety, employee benefits, remuneration, including and other related activities.
5.Administer remuneration policies, advise on competitive conditions and internal remuneration anomalies, and prepare remuneration review information to enable business unit managers to conduct reviews effectively and efficiently.
6.Maintain and review the corporate workforce plan and initiate appropriate action in relation to the organization’s use and development of employees.
7.Ensure the organization’s training activities and planned to meet current and future organization and employee needs, and satisfy government training requirements.
8.Ensure the personnel records are maintained to meet employee, organization and statutory requirements and entitlements.
9.Represent the organization in dealings with employer groups, industry associations, government authorities and other relevant bodies as required.
10.Prepare budgets and other management plans.
11.May be involved in negotiations with unions, industry groups and industrial authorities.
12.Control the selection and training of subordinate staff, establish lines of control and delegate responsibilities to subordinate staff.
13.Ensure all activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
