职位描述：
1、做好项目开发前期的市场调研工作、项目的可行性研究、前期策划工作，为公司决策提供准确的依据。
2、在市场调研的基础上，依据市场实际状况和企业的营销战略方针，起草营销策划方案
3、准确把握市场变化发展趋势及产品开发发展方向，确定开发项目的市场定位和产品定位；对产品的开发设计提供准确的市场信息，确保开发设计的产品符合市场需求。
4、项目策划的推广、促销策略及广告创意的制定。
5、协助领导草拟公司的投资发展战略、投资开发计划等，并能够有条不紊地按项目开发进度计划分解完成各项工作。
6、各种优势资源的整合能力，加强客户关系的管理，维护公司形象及利益。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，市场营销及相关专业，3年以上营销策划相关工作经验；
2、有优秀的文字撰写能力，能独立撰写文案，有独立完成文案策划的能力；
3、对市场形势的分析把握能力以及策略规划和组织实施能力突出
