职位描述：

Objectives:

Provide to the management the needed and accurate figures to follow the company activity.

Respect the National accounting and BV rules and control the integrity of data.

Support the management to manage the purchases and control the expenses.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage the financial team

- Prepare monthly financial reports of group (AD50,CID …).

- Prepare Forecast quarterly and annual budget.

- Prepare Magnitude quarterly for BV ADT SH

- Responsible for the accounting and financial information of the company and ensure the quality of this information and that Group deadlines are met;

- Responsible for the management information of the company and ensure that this information meets the needs of the operational managers;

- Responsible for the quality and effectiveness of all procedures for financial issues

- Manage and control cash-flow so that corporate objectives are met;

- Responsible for all contact with both internal and external accounting auditors and for the prevention of both legal and financial risks;

- Responsible for all taxation issues;

- Responsible for the purchases policy

- Responsible for monitoring of expenses in liaison with management of company

- Responsible for archiving of confirmed offers and invoices

- Follow the internal quality system of ADT-SH

- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

- Responsible for the local financial reports of government department as required.

Skills and Requirements:

- Good English communication skills and Mandarin speaker;

- Good command of MS office application;

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

- High level of accuracy, commitment and dedication;

- Analytical and detailed oriented;

- Proactive and self motivated;
