职位描述：
Job Responsibility
1. Documentation daily working to prepare 170-190 B/Ls, sort out guarantee letter; Such as : combine B/L, multipart B/L, switch B/L, 3rd party issue B/L
2. B/Ls creation per BL draft provided by shipper on cut-off day
3. Do finial manifest within three working days and check freight to Instruct billing within 3days after vessel departure
4. Create new quotation according to guideline rate or find correct RRQ in system to confirm booking ensure all booking under correct quotation before vessel cutoff day
5.Check all freight manifest by vessel/voyage to ensure the whole vessel be under correct quotation before invoice generation
6.Solve issue required by shipper or destination agent
7. Read & reply daily email, keep file all related documents
8. Back up in department

Required Competency
1) Degree: Junior Colleague or Above
2) English: CET – 4 or Above
3) Computer:Word, Excel required_
