职位描述：
1、 品牌微信、微博、网站等日常运营；
- Brand SNS daily operations
2、根据传播目标，制定基于新媒体资源的营销策划方案，并予以执行；
- According to the goal, develop and implement marketing planning scheme based on new media resources
3、社会化媒体渠道搭建及媒体资源维护；
- Establish the social media channels and maintain the media resources
4、负责在所有新媒体上与用户的沟通和交流，及时了解用户需求，使品牌与用户之间建立良好的关系。
- Be responsible for communication with the user in all new media and communication, timely understanding of users’ needs, establish a good relationship between the brand and the users.

任职条件:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1、一年及以上新媒体运营经验；
- Minimum 1 year experience of New media operating
2、文笔上佳，有独特风格；
- Good at writing, has a unique style
3、了解新媒体的渠道资源及媒体关系，掌握资源者优先；
- Well know about new media channels of resources and media relations, who masters the resource is preferred
4、对新媒体的现状和发展有深入的思考，对运营新媒体有自己的见解；
- Having deep reflection on the present situation and development of the new media, and having your own opinion on the operation of new media
5、有互联网经验者优先。
