职位描述
Key duties include:
?Responsible to formulate the repair and maintenance regulations of all productive equipments
?Formulate the yearly, quarterly and monthly preventative repair and maintenance plans for equipments
?Support HOS implementation on shop floor and follow standard work.
?Set up the preventative repair, maintenance and administration systems of equipment
?Take part in Tier 4 meeting & rapid problem solving activities.
?Ensure TPM implementation in the shop floor and visual control normal and abnormal.
?Check up dynamically the equipment being in use, and collect data as the basic reference for equipment repair and maintenance
?Keep contact with all manufacturers producing same products both in Shanghai and abroad in order to exchange the information for better preventative maintenance of the equipments
?Establish the relationship with equipment suppliers both in Shanghai and abroad in order to collect and classify all equipment information, from which the best spare parts supplier catalogue may be found after analysis and comparison (evaluation standard: best quality, least price and best service)
?Control and optimize spare parts budget management
?Check up and make sure the preparing conditions of spare parts, lubrication, special tools etc. which are necessary in preventative maintenance
?Be responsible to evaluate the working performance for maintenance technician on monthly basis
?Ensure equipment safety, continuously improvement to maintain machine down time within target
? General mind of HSE knowledge and fully implement safty policy.
Qualifications:
?College graduated majoring in mechanical-electrical or related subjects
?With maintenance experience to CNC, PLC equipment for more than 8 years
?Have management experience to the equipments in mechanical manufacture industry
?Willing to work on weekends/holidays
?Operate PC skillfully
?Have good communication skill in English
