职位描述：
工作职责（需要倒班）:
? 遵循操作指南，监控订单流程，协调各个运营部门及外包服务供应商，以确保服务水平及操作畅通。
? 支援客户需求及查询。
? 负责备件物流系统资料输入。
? 通报上司错误或延误。
? 检查到货证明
? 负责维持按时填写操作报表。并实现监控中心服务水平承诺
职位要求：
? 大专或同等学历；
? 英文读写能力较好，能讲行简单的日常交流；
? 熟悉使用word ,Excel等办公软件；
? 工作认真，踏实、细心、能吃苦耐劳，具团队合作精神；
? 1年以上物流行业相关工作经验；或优秀应届生均可。
