基本工作性质及目的：
1、Establish store plan, product ranging, promotional displays, IDs and Trans together with the Category Managers, Operations and Project departments so that the space and fixtures are fully utilized to generate maximum sales and income.
2、Analyze, develop and review planogram for stores. To work with category captain from suppliers if is being identify.
3、Plan for implementation and review with the respective category manager and operation team.
4、Review with suppliers if they are the category captain.
5、Develop more impact merchandising displays and store format with project team to attract customers into the stores.

主要工作项目：
1、Work out new store layout for new stores.
2、Re-layout for existing store modification
3、identify store profile and item range classify
4、Develop display planogram for assigned category with spaceman, implement and review with the respective category manager and operation team.

6、Work with assigned category captain to analyze, develop, implement and review planogram for stores.
