职位描述：
Reporting to the management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day the business operations of the manufacturing facilities. Oversee Production, Plant Maintenance and Safety,
Sales and Marketing, office administration. Responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all the activities to achieve the organization’s objectives.

Responsibilities:
· Reposonsible for the Profit and Loss of the operation.
· Formulate, interpret and strategise to achieve the company's long-range principles, policies and objectives
· Plan, organize and direct manufacturing, logistics and related operations to ensure the most effective return on assets
· Optimize production plan to achieve targets in the most effective and profitable way
·Attain business objectives and productions schedules while ensuring product standards that will exceed customers’ expectations
· Assist in the responsibility of: developing people, improving processes, reducing costs, reducing scrap rates, quality monitoring and improvements, new product development and implementation,

superior customer service, and on-time delivery
·Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout the assigned departments for problem-solving and cost reduction
· Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact-based problem solving
· Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes
· Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies
· Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes
· Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts, including smart manufacturing

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent degree. Master degree in Engineering or Business will be preferred.
· At least 10 – 15 years of relevant working experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods manufacturing industry.
· Knowledge in safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
· Possess Hands-on attitude and action-oriented behavior to handle challenges with limited resources
· Solid business judgement and strategic thinking skills
· Able to work well under pressure, multi-tasking and deal with multiple priorities
· Able to undertake detailed analyses and to make well-reasoned, decisive recommendation, presentation and relationship building skills with various internal and external stakeholders
· Proven ability to lead and influence cross functional teams and projects to successful completion
· Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
