职位描述：
Scope of work:
- Responsible for Linux open source project development and maintenance
- Define the functional requirements and specification for a Linux/WinCE based software middleware and get all the requirements implemented with the team
- Design each function/object interfaces and properties. Design/develop the abstraction layer for an In-Vehicle connected infotainment system
- Work with other Software engineers/teams for periodically software integration and software configuration management
- Coordinate with the team to define and refine software middleware architecture and associated debugging methods
- Conduct software integration test and maintain software release notes
- Identify, propose, define and document best practices according to Lean and Six-Sigma principles, SPICE or CMMI.
- Lead the effort to continuous improving the software development quality and rocess
Education level:
- Bachelor degree or above
Specialization:
- Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering
- Automotive/vehicle Engineering
- Electric and Electronics Engineering
- Other related discipline
Job Skill Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience with automotive embedded software development in either an OEM or Tier-one supplier role.
- Familiar with C/C++/C#. Knowledge of Java based software development is a plus
- Must have 3+ years’ experience in Embedded Linux based software development
- Proven experience in Embedded Linux based software development. Familiar with WinCE is a plus
- Familiar with the software tailoring and compile and tool chains used for Linux/WinCE (Compile, Link and makefile script. )
- Experience with hardware device driver software development is a plus
- Strong knowledge about Object Oriented software design. Experience with software abstraction layer design is important

- Excellent English both in written and oral.
