职位描述/GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

这份职位负责外发项目机器和设备参数的变更和设定。同样负责确保所有机器和设备运行良好。与外发供应商，采购，发货，收货，质量，上美工厂合作，通过及时和有效成本的形式来生产产品。

This position is responsible for changes and set-ups and machine and equipment parameters. Also responsible for assuring that all machines and equipment are properly functioning. Interfaces with outsourcing supplier, purchasing, shipping, receiving, quality and SPN plant to assure products are produced in a timely and cost effective manner.

责任和义务/ RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- 及时跟进各（与工艺相关的）生产问题的解决。

Follow up the solution of production problem.

- 与外发供应商，上美外发供应商物料组，模具供应商，上美工厂等紧密合作，及时解决生产问题。

Cooperation with outsourcing supplier, SPN outsourcing material, toolling supplier and SPN plant to sove the production problem timely.

- 注塑生产工艺标准化的实施与控制，确定公司所有适用的规则和规定。

Use and control the standard of molding production process, confirm all the applicative rules of company.

工作内容/ACTIVITIES:

- 根据部门分工协助工作。

Assists in according work flow throughout department.

- 调整，校准和监控机器来控制产品。

Adjusts, calibrates, and monitors machines to assure product control.

- 协助和建议所有班次的产品和生产问题和变更。

Coordinates and advises product and production problems and changes with peers on other shifts.

- 给其他部门提供必要的专门技术和合作来保证质量，生产力和检查步骤与部门和班次需要符合。

Provides technical expertise and collaborates with other departments as necessary to assure quality, productivity and inspection procedures meet with department and shrift needs.

- 参与公司项目，例如沟通，职位培训等等。

Participates in company programs such as communications, job training, etc.

- 故障检修，设定和调整所有的二级设备。

Sets, troubleshoots, and adjusts all tolls, secondary equipment, and assembly equipment.

- 完成所有的生产报告并了解其他适用的报告。

Complete all production reports and have knowledge of other applicable reports.

- 完成机器设定确认和变更来保证产品达到设计要求和客户规格。

Completes machine set-up verifications and changes to insure that product meets design intent and customer specifications.

- 确保所有的日常程序审核得到精确地完成。

Insures that all daily process checks are completed accurately.

- 使用多种工具来完成机器的设定和故障检修。

Uses a variety of tools to perform machine set-up and troubleshooting including mixing paint, hot stamp, and sonic weld.

- 测量和遵循环境，健康和安全系统。

Measures and complies with environmental health and safety system.

- 程序调整记录上必须记载发生的问题和问题怎样被解决的方式。

Notes in the Process Adjustments log the problems and the manner in which they were solved.

- 分析程序的信息和变更并用文件记载下来。

Analyzes the information or changes to the process and officially documents it.

- 及时接收并回复客户的抱怨，并参与green会议。

Promptly receives and responds to customer complains and participates in green meetings.

- 根据机器性能的变更和缺失来报告和跟进工作的进程。

Reports and follows-up on work orders due to variation or lack of machine capacity.

- 有责任参与AQP小组和PPM控制的改善小组。

Participates responsibly in the AQP teams and improvement teams for PPM control.

- 保持对程序的严格监督。

Maintains a strict supervision of the process.

- 对于程序的警告应有预防性措施。

Reacts in a preventive manner to all process alarms.

- 跟主管报告所有的程序变更和修改内容。

Reports and informs supervisor of all process changes or modifications.

- 完成其他要求或分派的职责。

Performs other duties as required or directed.

应具备的技术知识和能力/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

- 对模具生产机器拒绝程序的最新知识的了解。

Requires advances knowledge of injection molding machines.

- 能够针对机器做出评价和必要的调整来纠正质量问题。

Ability to evaluate and make necessary adjustments on the machines to correct quality problems.

- 对模具预防性维修的了解。

Knowledge in mold preventive maintenance.

- 注塑基本知识。

Knowledge of injection molding operations.

- 汪得力员工测试得分16分以上。

Pass Wonderlic score of 16 or greater.

学历要求/EDUCATION:

- 中专及以上学历。

Secondary education, or above.

工作经验/EXPERIENCE:

- 五年注塑工艺相关的工作经验

Five years molding process work-related experience.
