工作职责：
1、负责安全生产工作，熟悉及操作反应釜的生产；
2、下达生产计划和任务，安排和控制生产作业进度；
3、跟踪生产情况、产品需求、生产过程、产值目标等，按时完成生产目标；
4、组织落实、监督生产过程中各项工艺流程、设备运转、品质标准；
5、及时对生产异常做出反应，发现问题及时追踪，并提出合理建议；
6、指导生产部门对工厂的基础设备维护，保证设备处于良好状态；
7、负责员工的管理、培训和培养。
