职位描述：
岗位职责：
-完成客户派遣员工的各项人事资料的收集、审核、归档及各项人事手续的办理；
-做好各类人力资源文件的出具；
-及时反馈客户，工作完成的结果；
-解答客户各类人事政策及实务操作的咨询，并协助主管提供解决方案。

任职要求：
-大专或以上学历；
-至少有一年HR工作或相关实习经验；
-熟悉员工录用、社会保险的实务流程及相关劳动人事法规；
-工作细致主动，具备较强的服务意识和抗压能力；
-能独立开展工作、沟通协调能力、亲和力佳；
