职位描述

Purpose of the position:

  • Assist the District Tender Manager to develop competitive and customer-centric proposals.
  • Provide information/data requested by GSM, RFQ Sponsor and PAC/RC TM

Key Tasks

Analyze tender and distribute tasks to internal stakeholders, and review/validate information received from the internal stakeholders

Assist in the TM process and ensure compliance with requirements of PAC/RC


Provide a quality proposal to the assigned sponsor for validation and submission to the client


Analyze tenders and recommend optimum business solutions


Support and maintain pricing database of transportation rates, logistics/distribution rates

Maintain tender data profiling and records, including the update of monthly bidlog and completed tenders


Support market intelligence on competitors pricing, capabilities, facilities, client base, products and services for competition analysis


Gather and distribute post mortem data for all unsuccessful/successful bids

n Functional/Industry requirements

- Functional experience in air / sea / logistics / SCM / IT / customs brokerage

- Expertice in scoping, solution design and pricing

- Complete understanding of PA (strategy, products and solutions).

- Basic business administration competence.

- Business administration / commercial background
