Purpose/Objective:

To give supports to production in order to deliver qualified products to customers

Area of Responsibilities:
Planner

Daily order receiving and production arrangement
- Get customers' orders everyday
- Check materials to make sure parts are ready for production
- Work out daily production plan
- Check daily production yield
- Create missing parts list and drive to pullin all missing parts
- Necessary communication with logistics and customers

Purchase requirement plan
- Create parts purchase requirement in SAP by following KB systems
- Assist buyers to track suppliers' delivery

DBS Kaizen Involvement
- Participate DBS workshops to learn various DBS tools
- Lead DMP Kaizen
- Improve OTD by using PSP

Materials controlling and inventory management
- Analysize materials information to escalate inventory improvement;
- Regularly check stock and find abnormal issues to improve it.
- SAP data base refreshment and maintain


Buyer

Supplier management
- Maintain a whole systems to measure suppliers' performace in quality, delivery and cost;
- Join with GSM team to audit vendors
- Drive improvement activities in vendor side
- Join with GSM to do cost down activities

Daily orders management
- Relaese orders daily according to PR of planner
- Track open orders to ensure close on time
- Quickly support to production line
- Make sure no missing parts to customer orders

DBS Kaizen involvement
- Using KB systems
- Drive suppliers Kaizen by DBS tools


Education/Experience:
- Bachelor degree holder majoring in management or technology
- At least 3 years working experience as planning and buying

Specific Knowledge & Skills:

-Familiar with the general operation of manufacturing plant
-Familiar with instrument final assembly process
-General quality analysis tools such as SDC, 8D report, ect.
-Good communication skill with operator level and dept head
-Workable written and better English
