1、负责日常现金收付、银行结算（含境内、境外收付款）；
2、管理现金、银行存款日记账，做到日清月结。并及时完成相关资金报表；
3、监控资金余额协助管理层维持良好的资金流量；
4、审核日常的付款申请（含员工报销、公司及业务的付款申请等）；
5、准备资料配合银行按照公司业务的要求及时出具银行保函；
6、协助相关部门追踪应付帐款、其它应付款的付款进度；
7、及时反馈给相关人员应收帐款、其它应收款的银行收款情况；
8、催收员工借款；
9、负责每周/每月的现金盘点及月底银行对帐；
10、会计部其它配合工作。

职位要求：
1、大专/本科统招全日制学历，会计、财务相关专业；
2、具备较强的责任心，工作细致认真；
3、工作安排及处理问题有条理；
4、易于沟通、具备协调及问题解决能力；
5、较好的Office软件运用能力（如：Excel, Word等）；
6、良好的英语说、写能力；
7、能承受一定的工作压力；
8、2-5年出纳或财务工作经验优先；
9、熟练运用“用友U8“或具有其它国内外财务软件使用经验优先；
10、人品好，诚实，具有良好的团队协作精神。

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for daily cash & bank collection and release (including onshore & offshore collection and remittance with difference currency);
Maintain cash and bank journal and relevant reports;
Monitor funding balance and assist management to maintain cash flow smoothly;
Check routine payment requests (including staff expenditure reimbursement & office and business payments, etc.);
Correspond with banker to issue bank guarantee to cater business request timely;
Assist to track AP & OP payments performance progress and maintain a good register;
Feedback AR & OR bank information to relevant responsible staff;
Trace staff advance to ensure refunding from employee on time;
Responsible for weekly and monthly cash count and month end bank reconciliation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma/Bachelor degree and major in Finance & Accounting;
Have high sense of responsibility;
Good working consecution arrangement;
Good communication skill and problem resolve ability;
Good MS-Office skills (excel/word, etc);
Good command of English ability (written and speaking);
Can bear working pressure;
Typically 2-5 years directly related experience preferred；
Friend user or international financial software experience preferred；
Good quality, honesty and good team work spirit.
