Job Objectives
According to the general guidance from the supervisor, coordinate the defined RBUs cross-country in order to support streamlining operational planning and performance reporting, establish and maintain the Company Profiles in the assigned sub-region, support to implement cost and operational controls in the HQs and conduct major analysis on Functional Costs and projects/business expansion in the sub-region in order to assist in providing reliable data to management for business decision making, enhance operational efficiency and effective and reduce risks.

Main Responsibilities
l Produce performance reports and business consultation (upon request)
l Co-ordinate with the assigned RBUs, local sales offices and supply (manufacturing) companies in the sub-region for their accurate and timely dissemination of performance reports and consolidate their reports into the agreed format/template with highlights on derivations in order to help develop a regional summary and forecast report covering the business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and target operations.
l Mid-term Forecast/ operational planning and budget preparation
l According to the general guidance from the supervisor on the budget requirements, direct the budget preparation in the assigned sub-region for the sales offices and supply (manufacturing) companies to ensure the preparations meet the division/ headquarters' requirements consistently and correctly.
l Recommend to supervisor the modification needs in budget preparation process to reflect the business development in the sub-region.

Operational planning

l According to the defined operation planning concept, processes, items covered and template, etc coordinate the companies in the sub-region to ensure the agreed business activities for targets, organization, value-added alignment etc are incorporated in the operation planning reports to contribute informing the division management the major regional business activities for effective business decision making.
l Develop and maintain Service platform
? Work closely with the management/ controlling/ F&A teams of the companies in the sub-region to provide as a member of the Regional Controlling Service Platform to provide direction and guidance to the local F&A / controlling functions ensuring that the Headquarters/regional requirements in financial statements, tax returns, reports, audits and budgets are met correctly
and consistently.
? Collect data as requested by the supervisor or the management of the local company in the subregion including planning activities, coordination functions, problem-solving and support services in connection with acquisitions, business development, restructuring in order to enhance operational efficiency/effectiveness and protect regional/headquarter interests.

Regional databases management
l Collect the data from the companies in the defined sub-region to support formulating and maintaining regional databases covering individual company/ RBU profiles and the related financial data (e.g. working capital flows, transfer prices, financial positions, costs, inventories, reporting, standard cost calculations), organization structure, etc in order to support providing accurate and updated data for management's decision-making as well as presentation and press conference in the region and the Headquarters.
l Cost control
Initially conduct critical analysis of functional costs in the sub-regional offices and relevant RBU functional activities (e.g. distribution channels, insurances, major functional contract negotiations) in order to support evaluation on the cost effectiveness, value-adds to business operations to balance the interests of the relevant parties (e.g. Headquarters and region, local companies and RBUs)
l Controlling activities in BEA office
In order to protect the company's interests and ensure reasonable capital expenses, assist in the following controlling and audit activities as assigned by the supervisor:

? Daily controlling activities: coordinate, organize and collect data to review the controlling activities in the regional offices such as authorization procedures, cost center structure, insurances, office budget review, office development, etc
? Policy development and implementation: draft and update the office operation policies and procedures applied to all the BEA employees
