职位描述：
主要责任：
Handle technical project, to develop locally in China the engineering and manufacturing of our equipments.

主要职能：
1. Work with other sites of Veolia to understand their tech + machines
2. Find suppliers to buy locally the equivalent machines and technologies
3. Write technical specifications;
4. Follow-up projects, drive suppliers, check quality of machines being built,
5. Function and Power: Technical project management
6. Key Performance Indicator: Projects achieved in time
7. Knowledge of mechanics engineering
8. Understand mechanical, electrical, safety norms for design and manufacturing equipments;
9. Project management and follow-up.
10. Supervise reception and performance test of machines delivered by supplier

职位要求：

1. Age around 30
2. Major：Technology or mechanical
3. 2 or 3 years Work Experience
4. Training Requirement: Mechanical (necessity to understand clients technical issues and needs to sharpen a tailored proposal, making added value for client and difference with competitors.)
5. English speaking and writing ability
6. Computer skill：Autocad or Solidworks
