职位描述：
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
Recruitment:
? Takes responsibility for whole recruiting process including interviews, recruiting channel analysis, offer discussion, lead time control etc.
? Maintains the effective recruiting channels and keeps job post information updated
? Communicate with hiring manager for recruiting requirements, understands the business and position well, analysis key requirements to find qualified candidates
? Follow up interview procedure including but not limited of contacting applicants for interview arrangement, face-to-face interviews, materials collecting and interview feedback following up etc.;
? Updating recruitment report according to the real-time status;
? Reference check for new joiners;
? Assist on board process including collects new joiners’ materials according to check list and send out welcome letter;
? Staffing related process
? OA system operation

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
? HR related knowledge and 5 years recruiting experience.
? Familiar recruiting process and channels.
? Handle interview process independently and good at interview skills.
? Do recruiting analysis and find effective solutions to achieve hiring target. 举报 分享
