ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Expanding the dealer prospect list through direct contacts, road show activities and presentations
2.Presentation of dealer opportunity to prospective dealers
3.Receiving the application from Qoros potential partners
4.Identifying qualified applicants and do onsite investigation of the land or existing facilities
5.Managing, reporting and tracking dealer evaluation, selection progress weekly
6.Dealer network franchising administration management
7.Accomplishing the feasibility, dealer type suggestion and risk report to regional manager
8.Other assignments from the Manager
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE:
1.At least 1-5 years in dealer network area or in sales or after-sales working experience either at Auto industry OEM, dealer groups in China, or national sales company
2.Good financial or business analysis skills are required
3.Basic understanding of retail dealer operation
4.Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant personality with a high degree of integrity
5.Ability to assess, convince and negotiate with dealer candidates
6.Self-reliant and result-orientation working style with good planning and time arrangement
7.Proficient with MS Office (esp. MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and able to use AutoCAD
8.Willing to travel very frequently within China Region
