职位描述：
Essential Duties:
1) Manage NGB Sea Freight department in accordance with the strategy and general policy of the DACHSER Group;
2) Ensure efficient sea freight operation activities, to increase the ocmpany`s profotability, market share and volume;
3) Motivate and train SE/SI department staff to be qualified;
4) Identity cost reduction opportunities, initiate "product" improvement and innovations;
5) Set up/maintain healthy relationship with carriers/agents/vendors;
6) Good communication with sales team (internal/overseas);
7) Provide the management with accurate reports as per requirement on a regular basis;
8) Keep in complete secrecy of all confidential information;
9) Under any circumustances, to give a positive/quality image of Enthusiasm, Professional and Straightforwardness

Qualifications：
1) Education: Bachlor degree
2) 10 years working experience in NVOCC, including at least 3 years in managerial;
3) Language skills: fluent in spoken and written English;
4) Computer: skilful in office software;
5) Core competences: good market knowledge, strong communication/negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, strong facilitation and management skills, creative problem solving ability, high integrety 举报 分享
