职位描述：

For our Digital Factory Division in NANJING,we are looking for a SNC DF Electrical Component Engineer (Nanjing) 西门子数控（南京）有限公司 电子元器件工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

- New component introduction, sample qualification, component release, Component data input and maintenance in CADIM

- Supplier pre-assessment, official audit, evaluation, periodical supplier ranking. And support supplier process audit in A&D for local suppliers.

- Component quality assurance and management, supplier/component quality monitor and improvement

- Trouble shooting of material problem in incoming inspection & production line & return goods, unqualified component claim to supplier with GP/PP.

- General quality assurance/ quality assurance agreement negotiation and subscription

- Review supplier’s Product-Change-Notifications and coordinate handing of cancelled or updated components in SNC

- Provide technical support to incoming inspection via inspection plan

- Project participant & coordination on component qualification and supplier improvement during sample period

- Material team participant to define and implement supplier/material strategy and material problem solving with GP/RD/PP

- End of life component handling with RD/GP/LC

- In cooperation and support the process of second sourcing, supplier reduction together with GP/RD

- Carry out market-studies and search for information on new products.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor or above with electronics or electrical background.

- Minimum of 3 years electrical technology working experience with electrical component application / test

- Minimum of 2 years supplier quality assurance & management and audit experience

- Excellent communication and network ability

- Experience of working in or working with multi cultural environments

What else do I need to know?

1. New electronics component selection and introduction

2. New electronics sample qualification and release

3. Supplier pre- assessment and official audit with VDA6.3

4. Supplier quality management /improvement and material quality assurance

5. Electronics component failure analysis and trouble shooting

6. quality assurance agreement negotiation and subscription

7. Product change notification & End of life component handling

8. Define incoming inspection plan and technical support incoming inspection

9. Active component experience of IC , memory etc. is preferred
