职位描述：
Requirement
1）Accounting、finance major or related fields, college degree or above, accounting qualification certificate is a must.
会计、财务等相关专业大专或以上学历，有会计从业资格证书。
2）Two years or above accounting supervisor working experience in foreign manufacturing enterprises, familiar with finance policy and accounting, tax laws and regulations.
两年及以上外企会计主管工作经验，熟悉财经政策和会计、税务法规。
3）Familiar with Office software, including WORD, EXCELL、PPT etc. Good command of financial softwares, including K3, UFIDA, good practice with financial statements, have strong ability of financial analysis and management.
熟练使Office办公软件，包括WORD、EXEL、PPT等; 熟练运用财务管理软件，包括金蝶、用友等，熟悉财务报表的编制，有较强的财务分析和管理能力。
4）Rigorous and precise, good communication ability and teamwork spirit
认真严谨，有良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。
5）English CET -4 or above, good command of English communication and writing skills.
国家英语四级或以上证书，具备熟练的英语口语沟通和商务写作能力。
6）Familiar with financial accounting system, including SAP、Oracle、Kingdee、UFIDA. ect
熟练操作财务核算系统,包括SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, UFIDA等。

Responsibility
1）Lead the team independently, take part in projects management, keep good communication with customers and provide consulting service , handling accounting and tax working, Assistant finance manager to improve working procedures, financial management regulations.
能够独立带领团队，参与到项目的管理、与客户保持沟通，为客户提供业务咨询，提供解决方案, 独立处理账务、税务等工作、协助财务经理完善财务管理制度和工作程序。
2）Correctly checking income, cost and expense, monitor the registration for all information into voucher, responsible for monthly or quarterly inventory controlling, strengthen cost management, issue financial statement timely.
审核各项收入、成本、费用情况，审核凭证的录入；管理月度或季度盘点工作，加强成本管理，月度结账，按时出具财务报表。
3）Responsible for payroll management.
负责检查员工的工资核算。
4）Monitor the process of the imports and exports, and manage registering the information in the SAFE system, including extension consignments.
负责管理进出口货物的情况，审核备案（外管局监测系统），包括延期收付汇。
5）Responsible for checking the account payable the account receivable timely, strengthen the management of capital and credit.
负责审核应收应付帐款，加强资金管理、信用管理。
6）Manage the tax declaration and issue it, focus on the new tax policies. Monitor the tax refund documents and tracing the refund status timely.
负责管理公司税务申报及税款缴纳，实时关注税务的各项政策，审核出口退税及退税款项的跟进。
7）Responsible for checking the payment applications and staff expense reimbursement.
负责审核员工的费用报销、审核付款申请及相关单据。
8）Responsible for reviewing the regular contract to be signed.
负责审核待签署的常规性合同。
9）Coordinate with SAIC, tax bureau, banks, etc., and maintain good relationship with them.
负责公司与市场监督管理局、税务、银行等部门的接洽，维护良好的合作关系。
10）Cooperate with external auditors to complete the annual-inspection from SAIC, tax bureau, and Customs.
完成公司每年的工商、海关、联合年检，配合审计人员进行年度审计。
11）Handling other financial inquiries for customers timely.
