Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for attendance records maintenance, also provide other HR Operations services manager assigns.

Attendance records of employees, especially GMS
OT time calculation
Personal Filing management
HRIS maintenance when needed
Employee Residence Permit
Other HR Operations services manager assigns
Qualification Requirement:

Education Requirement: College degree.
Experience Requirement: 1 years HR relevant experience, preferably with relevant experience in HR Operations in MNC
Knowledge Requirement:
Basic knowledge of HR operation practices.
Good PC skills, HRIS management.
Competency Requirement:
Hard working and responsible person.
Attention to details, careful.
A can-do attitude with strong team work skills.
