职位描述：
Responsibilities
Collect and summarize 3rd party factory information based on product category, capacity and quality of services for factory assessment and selection
Based on 3rd party factory management procedure, schedule and organize quality, HSE and technical staff for product and process evaluation to ensure the quality of product which meet company standard
According to the assessment report, work closely with 3rd party factory staff to drive the process improvement in China and other region
Assist to manage 3rd party factory operation in order to ensure the production operation smoothly
Work closely with the production and 3rd party operations teams in driving tolling management excellency

Requirements
Bachelor degree in chemical, English and international trading or business related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in 3rd party production management or international trading
Self-motive, organized and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential
