职位描述：
Job Responsibility
1.Accuracy of B/L details input in DCS according to Booking and shipper’s SI.
2.Send draft B/L to shipper timely and update B/L according to their feedbacks timely.
3.Accuracy of all charges input in DCS. If any problems found, to check with sales and operations teams, and update accordingly.
4.Generate the Invoice of each shipment to Accounts for invoicing once shipper confirmed;
5.To ensure proper stamp and signature on RCL B/L.
6.Send release notice to POD and other parties concerned, including telex release, issue B/L at third place, switch B/L and release against bank guarantee.
7.Make filing of all relevant documents.
8.Manage and process MA in DCS upon confirmation by customer and sales department.
9.Assist the customers to making the B/L amendment and re-generate the Invoice to account department after MA.
10.Responsible for providing qualified efficient tracking services for customers
11.Courier the original OB/Ls to customers, if they request.
12.Backup for others DOC.

Required Competency
1) Degree: College graduation , Maritime graduate priority
2) English: Fluency in English and Mandarin
3) Experience: 1-2 years experience in shipping industry
4) Computer: above 2 class computer speciality 举报 分享
